About the event
This Sunday is the start of a mini heatwave, so perfect park yoga weather! As an added bonus, we’ll be practicing close to the London Marathon route, so we can watch some of the race on our way to the post yoga refuel!
The event structure is the same as always, I'll again be running a small group class in the beautiful surroundings of Southwark Park. This will be a 75 minute journey through a creative vinyasa flow into some lush yin poses. It really is the perfect way to start your day!
After class we'll make the short walk to Canada Water street food market. This area has become so nice as the Canada Water Masterplan takes shape. We have lots of great food options and some a great coffee shop where we will soak in the sun by the dock.
